Yeah I've had this happen too, it's a little odd in that I don't really understand why they do it, but I try not to let it get to me.

I understand this feeling all too well!

what they try to show is what i never understood...

Yup. I second that thanks.

(Although, I don't actually have a Facebook or twitter so people are sort of forced to comment, if they have something to say, anyway.)

BUT I UNDERSTAND. I DO.

AMEN.

I get what you mean. But some people don't have a Google account or website, so that leaves out your anonymous readers.

A)You're amazing.
B)I hate reading blogs with pseudo philosophical thoughts so thank you for this blog of yours.
C)You are such an original.

I completely agree. I love comments, when they're on Blogger. That way whenever I stumble across an old post of mine, people's reactions are there along with the crap I wrote.

(And thanks to a certain Blogger, I have started to acknowledge comments now!)

Well, to me Blogger doesn't seems as active as before and a lot of people have left you it. Maybe that's why you aren't getting much comments? Because till last year, you were getting 50+ comments. I hardly use blogger either, and i just came across your blog while stalking your tweet.

Yeah! only bloggers can understand easily! Really i like your tweet heheh! It's funny as well as attractive.

Carry on!

I haven't had comments through FB or Twitter, but I admit it must be a bit annoying having feedback through multiple social medias.

By the way, feel free to visit my site at www.chineseviolindiary.blogspot.com ! It's pretty neat! Thanks! Don't forget to comment!

:( I never comment anywhere BUT blogger. I have yet to read your post from about a week ago.

I agree with kashaf, it seems like a lot of people have left Blogger, sad :(
Well, my blog isn't connected to my facebook or twitter so I don't get feedback on those sites but I can see why that would be annoying!

FO-NNY!! :D

Thanks for agreeing, (almost) everyone!

@Nina, They should make a google account then.

@Kashaf, Dude it's not about the number of comments, it's about the people who DO read my blog and who refuse to comment on my posts in the comments section. I always comment on their blog posts rather than conveniently sending a tweet their way. i'd rather have feedback attached to the post than lost in an avalanche of other tweets. i don't mind having just 5 comments instead of 50 if they contain genuine feedback and/or appreciation.

@Dorsey, I HEART YOU TOO! SO MUCH! ♥

@The Lady of Green Origin, This is partly why you're one of my ultimate fave bloggers EVERRR!!!!!

You're lucky though when you get ANY kind of feedback. Sigh. Blogging is pain :/

I feel your pain! There're some people even meet you in real life and tell you that they read your blog, even quote stuff from it BUT THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO FOLLOW OR LEAVE A COMMENT. URGH. I demand capital punishment for such cold-hearted villains!
